I just wanted to say thank you very much for the fantastic curry masterclass you gave Scott. He absolutely loved it and said it was the best present he ever had! He had a fab time and cooked the most amazing food. I really loved the extra special touch of leaving him the dish of spices – that was lovely. He has been putting his new found skills to the test. We bought some gram flour and he has been making bhajis and pakoras and they are delicious. He’s also making an ‘Indian feast’ for our family this weekend.
